Classic BBQ

Grant, our founder got his barbecue start working at restaurants in the Tulsa and OKC areas. After several years of commuting back and forth he realized his dream to start his own barbeque restaurant near his hometown in beautiful Stroud America, and that’s what led to Five Star BBQ & Steakhouse’s inception in 2006.

Grant and his wife, Jennifer operate the business daily and their seven children all work or have worked in and around the restaurant as they have grown up over the years. Many of our Five Star employees have worked with us for years and have become a part of our family too. Five Star is truly a family business. We have been serving our customers the best BBQ around for years and look forward to continuing that tradition for many years to come. Five Star takes great pride in smokin’ up quality barbeque right here in Stroud America and offer a variety of menu items to please you. Our meats are hickory smoked fresh every day to perfection, creating those bold, rich flavors that have kept customers coming back for over a decade.
